How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days for it to be processed. After that, it will take 12-20 business days for delivery in the United States, and 18-30 business days for orders outside of the United States. 

When will I get my tracking number?

Once the order has been processed, the tracking Number usually takes 5-7 business days to be generated and emailed to you. Please note once you get the tracking number, the post office takes about 5 business days to activate the tracking. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly contact us at info@grant-moore.com and include your order number.
